1. Introduction

Welcome to Rocky's Chip Repair, a division of Spark Ionx, Inc. By using our website, www.rockyschiprepair.com, and our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

2. Services

We offer windshield repair services and related automotive products. By booking a service, you agree to provide accurate information and adhere to our service policies.

3. Payment

All payments must be made at the time of service unless otherwise agreed or billed to insurance. We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards and insurance payments. If billing insurance, customer is still responsible for any amounts refused or denied by carrier.

4. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur fees.

5. Limitation of Liability

Rocky's Chip Repair is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or products. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service or product.

6. Warranty

While it is our goal to repair chips and cracks to within 90% original visibility, there may be situations where environmental conditions or the damage itself prevent successful repair. There is a possibility that the chip or crack may worsen to the point of windshield replacement. However, after a successful repair where the damage is reduced and visibility restored to customer’s satisfaction, if the crack reappears or begins to spread, Rocky’s Chip Repair will attempt a second repair within 30 days of the original service date.

All content on this website, including logos, images, and text, is the property of Rocky's Chip Repair and Spark Ionx, Inc. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

8. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.

11. Product Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for unused and unopened products. Products can be mailed or returned in person to our store during open ours at the following address:

A return authorization is required for all returns. Please email Contact@rockyschiprepair.com to obtain the necessary return authorization before returning your product.
